This vintage Bill Blass dress is so stunning, in a gorgeous, intricate red lace with a pale beige silk slip underneath. The perfectly made double layered slip has thin straps and a scoop neckline. The red lace over - dress has short sleeves and a high round neckline.The dress closes with a metal zipper down the center back seam with a hook and eye. We love the details of this important Bill Blass dress, with the seams of the red dress are in the same nude color as the slip and the lace has a ruffle near the shins that continues to the hem. The delicate straps of the slip are attached to the red lace part of the dress.
